Your Appointment
Please arrive 5-10minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time for consultation and helps to ensure that you are not late. I run
treatments with 15 minutes turnover time and therefore appreciate
when clients are ON TIME so as not to compromise theirs/others relaxation time and daily schedules.
If you are running late for any reason I just ask that you kindly give me a call or a message to let me know when to expect you.
*GDPR Compliance: Under the General Date Protection Regulations, Escape The Ordinary requires your consent to obtain and retain the information collected on your consultation form for the time that it is relevant to your treatments and for the sole purpose of you the client.
Important Information
To allow me to provide you with the best treatment suited to you; you will be asked to complete a *Client Consultation Form prior to your treatment. This is to make me aware of any possible contra-indications to be aware of in advance so I can adapt your treatment for maximum relaxation and results guaranteed!

If you are dealing with a serious health condition or have any concerns, please do check with a GP before booking your treatment.
Covid-19 Policy
Providing a safe environment – I have undertaken a comprehensive Covid-19 Risk Assessment, and continue to be in line with Government guidelines and recommendations. I have regimented cleaning procedures before and after each client.
Welcoming you - I have a private off-road car park allowing you to arrive without any hassle. I have a small yet practical toilet within the cabin, for clients to use if required.
For Coughs and Colds please adopt Catch it, Bin it, Kill it!
Aftercare
Aftercare is given as advice that should be taken seriously by you.
After any Treatment it’s important to drink plenty of water to re-hydrate. This will also encourage your body to flush out any toxins that may have been released from tight muscles.
Try to avoid doing any heavy lifting immediately after your treatment. I also advise against doing too much exercise as your muscles will need the rest, to help you get the full benefits from your treatment. I would always just advise taking it easy for the remainder of the day.
Following any facial treatments please avoid wearing make-up for 12 hours and try to leave the product on your skin for at least 6 hours - for your skin to gain fully from the active product ingredients.
For long term relief from muscle tension; regular exercise and stretches are encouraged.
Cancellations / Missed Appointments
At present I take a small deposits on bookings, to confirm all bookings Please respect my business - no shows are NOT acceptable!
If you are unable to make your appointment I simply ask that you let me know at least 48 hours prior to your treatment, giving me the opportunity to offer this appointment time to someone else.
I am fully aware that (due to unforeseen circumstances) you may sometimes be running late, however I just ask out of decency that you give me a call or a message to let me know your expected arrival time.
Missed appointments are taken very seriously and WILL affect your future bookings.
Safeguarding Policy and Payments
I run a professional business and have ZERO tolerance of any inappropriate comments or behavior.
If this occurs I have the right to cancel or put an immediate stop to your treatments and the police will also be notified of the incident.
Payments
I can take card payments, cash or bank transfer following your
treatment, and you will receive a receipt via text or email.
Gift Vouchers

All vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase

Vouchers can be redeemed against treatments within the value of the voucher

After 2 separate cancellations on bookings, on the same voucher, your voucher will be void.

Unfortunately, if you lose your voucher it becomes void. However, I will try my best to find the voucher details, but this is not guaranteed

An extension can be added to vouchers for unforeseen circumstances
